1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by FIND4MYPARTS come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. 2. Eligibility for Warranty Claims

To be eligible for warranty assistance, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from FIND4MYPARTS.
  • The warranty claim must be made within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.
  • The product must have been used as intended and not subjected to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, along with details about the product and the issue you're experiencing.
  3. Submit Photos or Videos: To help us assess the problem, we may ask you to submit photos or videos showing the defect or issue with the product.
  4. Return Authorization: If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

4. Return Shipping

For approved warranty claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email to return the defective item. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

5. Warranty Resolution

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and determine whether it is covered under warranty. If the product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the Product: If the defect is repairable, we will arrange for the product to be repaired and returned to you.
  • Replace the Product: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new or refurbished item.
