Return & Exchange Policy

At FIND4MYPARTS, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with the product, we offer an easy and straightforward return and exchange process. Below are the details of our return and exchange policy:

1. Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Certain products, such as special-order items or custom-made parts, may not be eligible for returns. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at trade@find4myparts.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the Item: Safely pack the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the Item: Follow the shipping instructions provided by our team and return the item to the address we provide. Please include the RMA number with your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, model, or product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund or offer an alternative solution.

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item and shipping the replacement, unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Special-order or custom-made parts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered
